Registration and Payment

To register for our live course, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your registration if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete. Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our live course. We offer the following refund options, taking into account both your needs and the fixed costs associated with organizing the course:

1) If you request a refund more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. This fee covers processing and payment gateway expenses.

2) No official cancellations are allowed within the 0 to 14-day window prior to the course.

3) If you are unable to attend your registered course but would like to attend another course at a later date, you may transfer your registration to a future course (within one year) for a $75 administrative fee.

4) Under exceptional circumstances, cancellations made within the 0 to 14-day window prior to the course may be granted but will be subject to a deduction of $500 to cover fixed costs incurred. These cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the course organizer.

All refund requests must be made in writing via conact us. Please include your name, course details, the reason for your refund request, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the administrative fee or deduction will be applied to the total refund amount as outlined above.

Course Changes and Cancellation

Unlocking Potential reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the live course due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, inclement weather, or instructor illness. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future course. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in relation to a canceled or rescheduled course.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during the live course and on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, are owned by Unlocking Potential and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Unlocking Potential be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our live course or use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of our website and services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
