Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our live course. We offer the following refund options, taking into account both your needs and the fixed costs associated with organizing the course:

1) If you request a refund more than 14 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. This fee covers processing and payment gateway expenses.

2) No official cancellations are allowed within the 0 to 14-day window prior to the course.

3) If you are unable to attend your registered course but would like to attend another course at a later date, you may transfer your registration to a future course (within one year) for a $75 administrative fee.

4) Under exceptional circumstances, cancellations made within the 0 to 14-day window prior to the course may be granted but will be subject to a deduction of $500 to cover fixed costs incurred. These cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis and require approval from the course organizer.

All refund requests must be made in writing via contact us. Please include your name, course details, the reason for your refund request, and a copy of your receipt. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the administrative fee or deduction will be applied to the total refund amount as outlined above.
